Rescue/Engine 650 was dispatched to set up a fill site at the "Glen Park" in Lykens for a multi vehicle fire at one stop recycling in Wiconisco Twp. RescueEngine responded with 5 and Utility with 2 and upon arriving at fill site was rerouted to the scene. Rescue/Engine and Utility were beached and all manpower were requested to the scene. AROUND 830 HRS THIS AM, TOWER CITY EMS WAS DISPATCHED TO THE WASHINGTON ST FOR A UNKNOWN PROBLEM. EMS ARRIVED ON THE SCENE AND REQUESTED THE RESCUE ENGINE FOR FORCIBLE ENTRY. DUE TO THE STATUS OF THE PT, EMS WAS ABLE TO FORCE ENTRY INTO THE HOUSE BEFORE ARRIVAL OF FIRE. EMS THEN REQUESTED AEROMEDICAL TO FLY TO THE TOWER CITY LEGION FIELD, WHICH THE RESCUE ENGINE WAS DIVERTED TO SET UP AND LANDING ZONE. Around 10:45 hrs, the Volunteers were dispatched to 17th/East Grand Avenue for an auto accident. The Rescue Engine (Chief Koppenhaver) responded within minutes with three and arrived on the scene to find a 2 vehicle accident off the side of the roadway. Wiconisco Ave. Chief 650 responded and asked for an address confirmation and determined that the call was in Company 647's coverage area.
